FURGON
Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of FURGON — a digital freight exchange and related software (website, web workspace, mobile apps) provided as SaaS (the “Service”). By registering, paying a subscription or using the Service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Operator
The Service is provided by a legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the FURGON brand (the “Operator”). Details: Contacts.
2. What FURGON is
FURGON is a paid software service (SaaS) for shippers, carriers and freight forwarders: posting and searching loads and trucks, contact exchange, notifications, verification and trip tools, web and mobile apps.
The Operator is not a carrier, freight forwarder or party to the carriage contract. The Service is an information and technology platform. Carriage, freight payment, insurance and documents are agreed between users themselves.
3. Access and subscription (SaaS)
- Guest browsing of the public catalogue may be available; full workspace features require registration and, where applicable, a paid plan.
- Fees are charged for use of the software platform and exchange access, not as a commission on freight between users (unless a specific plan says otherwise).
- Plans, term, seats and payment terms are published in the workspace / on the site. Payment confirms acceptance of the selected plan.
- The Operator may change prices with notice; a prepaid period continues on prior terms until it ends unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Refunds follow Kazakhstan law and the specific plan rules.
4. Registration and account
- Provide accurate data and keep it updated.
- Phone or email verification (including OTP via WhatsApp, SMS or email) may be required.
- You are responsible for account activity and credentials.
- Accounts must not be created to bypass bans, limits or abuse controls.
5. User roles
The Service is for business use by company representatives. A company admin is responsible for invited staff and for the accuracy of company data.
6. Listings and content
By posting a listing or other content you confirm you may do so, information is accurate, contacts may be revealed to exchange users within Service features, and you remove outdated listings promptly.
The Operator may hide, archive or delete materials that breach these Terms, law or third-party rights, and may mark outdated listings.
7. Acceptable use
Prohibited: false or duplicate listings; fraud and spam; harvesting contacts without intent to arrange carriage; illegal or offensive content; bypassing technical limits and unauthorised scraping; impersonation.
8. Contacts between users
Contact reveal is a separate action. Use obtained data only to arrange carriage and in line with personal-data law. The Operator does not guarantee counterparty response or deal performance.
9. Intellectual property
Software, design, the FURGON mark and Service materials belong to the Operator or licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the Service under your plan. Your content remains yours; you grant the Operator a non-exclusive licence to process and display it to run the platform.
10. Personal data
Processing follows the Privacy Policy, including sharing a phone number with Meta / WhatsApp to deliver verification codes.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Kazakhstan law, the Operator is not liable for losses from user actions, inaccurate listings, connectivity failures, third-party services (including WhatsApp/Meta and payment providers) or inability to use the Service.
12. Suspension
You may stop using the Service at any time. The Operator may limit or block access for Terms breaches, non-payment, suspected abuse or legal requirements.
13. Changes
The current Terms are published on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance unless separate confirmation is required.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then under Kazakhstan procedure.
